De La Salle College Churchtown ‘s Under 16 Badminton team won Division 3 of the Dublin Schools Badminton League on Monday the 30th January 2012 in Terenure Badminton Centre.

THERE WERE three minutes left on the clock when scrumhalf Seán Fahey burst over on the blindside for Sandford Park, Ranelagh, to squeeze past De La Salle Churchtown 29-24 in the first round of the Leinster Schools Vinnie Murray Senior Cup at Ballycorus yesterday, January 11th. [read more]
De La Salle College Churchtown started the preparations for Christmas when the College band played a short concert for the school on Friday 9th December. The band, with lead and backing singers, guitars, drums, keyboards and brass instruments is drawn from students from all years in the College. They played Knock on Wood, Sitting on the Dock of the Bay, Dancing in the Moonlight and finished off with the Christmas number Merry Christmas everyone.
